Lamp recycling, mercury recycling and recovery equipment - MRT System

CFL Processor

Compact fluorescent light processor

MRT's CFL processor is an efficient crush and separation machine for CFL lamps. The processor safely separates the crucial components of a CFL lamp and enables recycling and re-sale of the by-products.

The machine is a standalone piece of equipment for spent CFLs from the market or production rejects from lamp manufacturing. It can fraction the most common CFL lamp types in addition to pre-crushed lamp material. As option it can be equipped also to process linear tubes.

Compact fluorescent light separation

The glass tumbler secures an out-put of glass free from fluorescent powder.
